CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

The walls of our space began going up and it's exciting to see the progress. We can hardly wait to take over the space and add a few finishing touches before we start churning out the heavenly gelato treats specially made for  Maple Valley.

While waiting for the construction to be complete, we are working on perfecting our recipes, making connections with local farmers and dairies, and reviewing applications from the neighborhood.
